This DVD with Dr. Lam provides my students a chance to continue their practice of the forms and learn more about Tai Chi when they are not in class. This certainly helps them to recognize the forms and the details when we are able to return together to practice and learn. Thank you for your wonderful work on behalf of all to better our lives.
