  1. Continued Confidence For Students

Posted by Camille Torgeson on 14th May 2012

Students who move into the more advanced forms show added confidence in their ability to handle the balance requirements here and in their daily lives. As they move through the forms they send out the most wonderful energy into the room, leaves everyone feeling very connected. Thank you for your continued instruction and friendship in Tai Chi.

  2. Excellent DVD in all aspects.

Posted by John Melito on 27th Apr 2012

Dr. Lam's expertise is unfolded throught this 2 set DVD. His excellent teaching method encompasses all learning styles.

Movements are shown and taught part by part; then reviewed; then put all together.

His gentle manner comes across very well as he periodically cautions the viewer to always do movements with their comfort zone. He goes on to explain and demonstrate alternate ways to do movements, for an individual's added safety, or comfort.

I especially enjoy his 'Messages'. I find them to be extremely helpful as well as educational. It's as if Dr. Lam is the teacher you've always wanted to learn from, and now, you are in the front seat in his classroom!

    Thank you Dr. Lam!
